I recently stayed at Hotel De L'Europe for a few nights during my visit to Meyrueis. The hotel had a great location in the heart of the town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, treating me like a part of their family. The rooms were clean and had been recently refurbished, with comfortable beds and lovely terraces overlooking the river. The breakfast was delicious, with an assortment of sweet treats like crème brûlées and filled pancakes. Additionally, the hotel had a swimming pool at a partner hotel just a short walk away, which was a great bonus.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The decoration of the hotel brought back memories of the charming French countryside with its quaint and old-fashioned style. The common areas had a warm and cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by how accessible the hotel was for senior people like myself. The presence of a lift made it easy to navigate between floors, and the central location allowed me to explore the town conveniently without having to walk long distances.
Though the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, I would have appreciated if there were more activities or facilities specifically catered to senior guests. Perhaps a designated area for relaxation or a few extra amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for older individuals would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of a lovely town. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and close to all the tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and full of interesting stories, making it a truly unique experience. The breakfast was delicious, especially the crepes, and reasonably priced. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and garden at the partner hotel just a short walk away. The library on the first floor was a cozy spot with good Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing and catching up on emails. My room on the fourth floor was spacious and filled with natural light. I also appreciated the public restrooms on each floor. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

The rooms were clean and decently sized. The bed was comfy and we even had a balcony with a great view. The hotel is in a central location, so it was easy to explore the town and its attractions. We also enjoyed the friendly and warm welcome from the proprietor.
The Wi-Fi was only available on the ground and first floors, so we couldn't access it from our room on the third floor. It would have been more convenient if the Wi-Fi was accessible throughout the hotel.
